Definitions and General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the wij2 online betting and live casino platform ("wij2", "Platform", "we") and its registered users ("you", "member"). Accessing wij2 through its website, mobile version or any other digital channel means you are agreeing to these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform — all online services, games and websites operated by wij2.
• Member / User — a person who holds a registered account on wij2.
• Bet — the act of placing money on a game or sports event.
• Bonus — additional incentive funds or free spins granted by wij2.
• Wagering Requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Taka (৳) — Bangladeshi currency, the base currency for all transactions.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on wij2 you must meet the following conditions:

• All information provided must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not give any other person access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wij2 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be required to submit copies of your National ID card, passport or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

Age Verification Policy

wij2 is intended for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any game. Anyone who registers with a false age will have their account immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.

We actively employ various technical measures to protect minors from gambling. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use available parental control software on devices accessible to children and teenagers.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on wij2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• The correct account number and transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — transactions must be made only from the registered member's own account.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The withdrawal method used must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• wij2 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on wij2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

wij2 offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus; a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• The validity period of an active bonus will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times from the same person, device or IP address will result in account cancellation.

5.2 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in wij2's four-tier VIP program. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on continued active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.

5.3 Other Promotions

wij2 periodically runs special tournaments, leaderboard competitions and seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own applicable terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on the wij2 platform are operated by third-party software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and many others. Game outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator technology.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be placed without sufficient balance in the account.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet may be cancelled or resettled depending on the circumstances.
• The result recorded in the game log is considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and other leagues) and kabaddi, among other sports. wij2 reserves the right to set and change odds. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that match will be cancelled and funds returned.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wij2 platform. If any of these occur, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to artificially fulfil bonus conditions.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the software.
• Using automated tools or bots to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system or security measure of the platform.
• Impersonating another user or accessing their account.

Account Suspension and Closure

wij2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• A breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or law enforcement authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may contact our support team. Available balance should be withdrawn before closing the account — subject to applicable conditions.

Limitation of Liability

wij2 is committed to providing a safe and fair environment. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses arising from internet disconnection or technical faults in the user's device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected server downtime or unavailability due to maintenance.
• Losses arising from the member's own negligence or deliberate actions.
